Ingredients

  • 2 pounds broccoli florets
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss together all ingredient and lay on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes until broccoli is crisp. Serve and enjoy!
  3. Option: after baking sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of low-fat grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor!
