Mickey Mouse is turning 90 on November 18! Stop by the Children's Library and make a Mickey Mouse ears magnet to take home. While supplies last. One craft per child. Child must be present to receive craft. For UFSD #22 residents only.

Drop by the library to decorate a placemat, lunch bag, or a greeting card for recipients of Meals on Wheels. An hour of community service will be awarded. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents.

This fair is designed for you to meet with agencies and learn about the types of services available to students of all ages with all disabilities. The fair is open to all students, their parents/guardians, teachers, and counselors of any town or district. This is a great way to
be informed of some of the services that may be beneficial to your child if he/she qualifies. Over 50 agencies will be attending. All are welcome to attend.

Presentations Include:

Transitioning Out of High School with IEPs & 504s  -  Walter Mayer, Associate Director of Admissions and Development, New York Institute of Technology

SSI  -  Dr. James Puchta, Director of Benefits Advisement, Long Island Center for Independent Living

Special Education Process  -  Randy Young, Education Outreach Specialist, Long Island Parent Center

Supplemental Needs Trust  -  Russo Law Group

Could it Be ADHD?  -  Eleni Sfiroudis, CHADD
