HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANCER

Twelve Months of Abundance
Jupiter in Leo brings 12 months of abundance from July 2014 to August 2015 as financial, property or business issues are resolved more easily than you assumed. You also stand to gain enormously, and a better-paid job, salary bonus, profitable property transaction, lucrative sale, beneficial change in exchange rates or useful interest rate change are just some examples of how you might gain. Dates to watch include the days clustering around Friday 5 September, Tuesday 23 September and Thursday 25 September 2014. That last date could easily coincide with a pay rise, great business deal, generous redundancy, more rewarding job or satisfying commission for a high percentage of Cancerian women. Use this cycle as much as you can as it will not be back for 12 years.
The Next Generation
The next generation, born 20 years or more after you, looms large in your life until Christmas 2014. Nothing moves quickly or easily when Saturn is around, so you have been saddled with ongoing concerns about your son, daughter, godchild or young relative. In other cases, the issue is adoption, fertility or step-parenting. Some Cancerian people also have responsibility for projects or roles that involve a younger demographic and the needs of this generation also come with heavy challenges for you. The good news is life in the final half of 2014 is a very great deal easier than 2013 ever was. You must still be watchful near the partial solar eclipse on Thursday 23 October 2014, though. At this point there will be a new beginning in relation to this next generation, no matter if it is your children or a project involving teenagers. This new beginning is not all it seems. The whole story is clouded, and there is low visibility on the complete picture. Be aware of that when this fresh story in your life begins. This cycle ends on Tuesday December 23 so it really will be a very happy Christmas for you. Apart from June–September 2015 when there is a re-run of one issue, it’s over for good.
Independence In Your Career
You have already come such a long way professionally, or as a student, since 2012. Your instincts have been correct as, although some people in your chosen field did not understand what you were trying to do, others have gravitated towards your innovative approach. With Uranus on the Midheaven of your solar chart, 2014–2015 is about continued experimentation and a pioneering approach as you reinvent the wheel. You may also choose to work in a completely different area, if your old business, industry or profession is not exciting enough. The only caveat is the total lunar eclipse on Wednesday 8 October (allow a day or two either side for the effects to reach you). This Full Blood Moon falls in your zone of mission, position and ambition and you will not be seeing the full story at this time. An eclipse is a cover-up job, for obvious reasons, and something about the situation, person, role or project is very unclear, so you may prefer to suspend judgement at that time. This also applies to 4 April 2015, when we have a partial eclipse again in this zone of your chart; try to avoid making sweeping decisions of a professional, business or academic nature near that date as very little is clear. By your birthday in 2015, though, you should have broken new ground in your chosen area of expertise and experience, and be genuinely thrilled by your role.
Your relationship with your body needs to be reviewed once Saturn changes signs to Sagittarius on Tuesday 23 December. You will spend 2015 and 2019 with health and wellbeing questions that cannot be avoided or delayed, as Saturn is moving into the solar Sixth House of your horoscope, which rules the connection between the mind, body and spirit. In astrology, your physical condition cannot be separated from the way you feel about your job, or other role in life. Consequently, it may help to join the dots between what your body is telling you, and how you feel about your daily workload and your work ethic in general. This will be more obvious to you near Saturday 22 November, when we experience a New Moon in Sagittarius, about one month before the demanding Saturn cycle begins. Be very careful about what you create in your life as November ends. There is a new beginning suggested, but no matter if it is a diet, exercise programme, new doctor, new health insurance plan or anything else, be a total realist about what the future might involve and on no account accept anything at face value. One example of this might be a gym membership you take out in November or December that locks you into a contract that weighs heavily the following year. There are many examples, but in astrology it always helps to be aware.
Pluto and Partners
Pluto in Capricorn is not going away any time soon, so you will continue to experience profound lessons about power and control, via your partner. This also applies to your ex and to any potential lover. Pluto is opposite you, so your opposite number in life is your teacher – consciously or unconsciously – and the course never stops. Even enemies, rivals or opponents will teach you about people politics in 2014 and 2015. In love or war, the person who is on the other side of the scales, or the other side of the see-saw, is here to show you that unless you use your willpower to take total control, you will constantly be struggling to hold the reins. That is not a particularly romantic way to describe a relationship but with Pluto (discovered in 1930) you must always be practical.
