Adjusting your Office Chair to Avoid Back and Neck Pain
Is Your Office A Pain In The Neck?
It’s no secret that the wrong desk chair can mean all kinds of discomfort. And according to a new report in the American College of Sports Medicine’sHealth and Fitness Journal, your neck is taking the brunt of it.
Slouching isn’t the only culprit—researchers say it’s also the fact that you stay slouched while you pour over that 20-page report without getting up and walking around.
